Cross grew up in Kansas City, Missouri, and has been in private practice there since 2011. In 2016, he joined Fisher, Patterson, where his practice is focused on employment law and civil litigation. At the University of Kansas, Cross was on Law Review for two years, where his note was published. During an internship with the Missouri Attorney General, he was second chair at a federal jury trial, winning a full defense verdict. He has since litigated claims involving employment, governmental liability, professional liability, toxic torts, personal injury, and product liability.
