While attending Washington University School of Law, Reilly was a member of the school's Phillip C. Jessup International Moot Court Team which advanced to the Octo-finals of the International rounds in 2013, and in 2014 advanced to the Quarterfinals of the International Rounds, placed 2nd in the U.S., and received the Alona E. Evans Award for best written submission at the International rounds. He was an Executive Articles Editor for Washington University's Global Studies Law Review and was selected as the school's Dagen-Legomsky Fellow in 2013 where he studied Public International Law at The Hague Academy. Reilly’s practice focuses on litigation in the areas of commercial and residential construction, municipal liability and law enforcement defense.
